Getting Started
1. Set Up Your Profile
Your profile is the foundation of LandTheRole. A complete profile helps our AI provide personalised recommendations and match you with the right opportunities.
Tip: Include your target roles, key skills, years of experience, and what you're looking for in your next position. The more detail, the better our AI can help you.
2. Upload Your CV
Upload your existing CV or create one using our tools. You can have multiple versions for different types of roles.
- Go to My CVs in the sidebar
- Click Upload CV or Create New
- Our AI will analyse your CV and suggest improvements
3. Start Tracking Jobs
Add jobs you're interested in or have applied to. LandTheRole becomes your command centre for managing your entire job search.
- Click Jobs in the sidebar, then Add Job
- Enter the company name, role, and job URL
- Use AI research to learn about the company
- Track your application status as it progresses
4. Research Companies
Use our AI research to get deep insights into companies you're interested in. Understand their culture, recent news, and how you might fit.
